These Terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the AI Career Lift Model masterclass offered by Growth Mastermind Hub Learning Academy LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By registering, you agree to these Terms.
1. The masterclass
The masterclass is a free, live online educational session. We may change the date, time, format or content, or reschedule or cancel the session, and will inform registered participants where possible.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and provide accurate registration information.
3. Educational purpose and no guarantees
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, financial, legal or career advice. Any results, examples or outcomes shared are not typical or guaranteed; your results depend on your own effort, background and circumstances.
4. Offers and paid programs
During or after the masterclass, we may present optional paid programs, including the 60-day AI Generalist program. Purchasing any program is entirely voluntary and governed by the specific terms and refund policy shared at the time of purchase.
5. Bonuses and resources
Free bonuses (such as the AI Prompt Pack and the AI Confidence Scorecard) are provided for personal use by live attendees, as described during the session. Stated values are indicative of the resources' worth and do not represent a refundable amount.
6. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, materials, recordings and resources are owned by Growth Mastermind Hub Learning Academy LLP. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publish them without our written permission.
7. Conduct
Please be respectful during live sessions and in community groups. We may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive, spams or promotes unrelated products or services.
8. Communications
By registering, you agree to receive messages about the masterclass and related offers by email and WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time.
9. Third-party services
The masterclass and related communications use third-party platforms (such as video conferencing and messaging services). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, the masterclass or any resources provided.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
